Tahi by Likhang Munti is a collaboration between the City Government of Muntinlupa and Lingkod Muntinlupa Foundation (LMF) to provide livelihood to communities affected by COVID-19. Under the program, the Muntinlupa City Technical Institute provides the sewing machines, while LMF provides the funding and serves as the local sewers’ bridge to companies who might need uniforms, clothes, and other sewn garments.
